I draw on my experience in Western and Eastern medicine to provide a comprehensive treatment plan for any health concerns you may have. I believe in a holistic approach to health that is patient-centered and considers the whole person and their environment. Our bodies have an innate ability to heal when given the correct tools and when we avoid things which may be detrimental to our health.

Mind-body Skills Groups

Small groups which meet weekly over 8 weeks and where participants learn mind-body techniques to promote self-awareness and which have been shown to help with stress, chronic illness, pain, depression, anxiety and PTSD.
